Garretton

Garretton is a gallifreyan son of Rassilon and The Inquisitor born after the time war and The win of Gallifrey over the daleks of Skaro. After he was given a mission to find out how to get Gallifrey back in the universe and out of the pocket universe and also find out what could be a threat to his home planet. Garretton has the look of both Rassilon and The Inquisitor in his own unique way.

She made a wrist brace type TARDIS that can cloak itself as any kind of wrist wear. She has a Sonic Compressor for use in any situation. She has had her own encounters with The Victer and has more times than not.helped The Coach defeat The Victer's evil plans.

The Victer

A gallifreyan friend of The Coach had taken a narcissistic promise but not too much of one and took the title of The Victer and took a Type 415 TARDIS and went to spread chaos and mischief and cause his former best friend The Coach some trouble. He got along more with The Rani than he did The Master and he has worked with both of them. The Coach and The Doctor have beaten most of their plans for the universe. One time the three of them The Rani, The Master, and him The Victer worked together to stir up a mess for The Coach, The Doctor, and their companions. The Victer made a Laser Pointer out of devices that The Master and The Rani have use operate building codes to make his own Laser device to match his TARDIS interior and it has some of the features of the devices that The Master and The Rani have used.
